Hello beautiful people,
I wore this ouftit to a Nigerian party in St. Paul at the beginning of the month. The hollandais wax fabric was purchased from Vlisco earlier this spring then I had a local tailor make it into a peplum blouse and pencil skirt for me.
I find it rather interesting that "African Print, is currently having a fashion moment. But how can it be "in-style", if it never went out-of-style in the first place? Maybe I'm a bit biased since it's always been a staple west african wear and it's finally getting recognized by the mainstream. Thoughts?
Have a nice rest of the week.
Peace & Love,
Ifeoma
